The Creative Engagement projects of the Human Impacts Institute partner with individual artists and arts organizations to inspire environmental action through arts and culture. Using the language of the visual arts, dance, music and theatre, we begin dialogues on community-based needs and solutions.
- The Human Impacts Salons are an ongoing, public series of gatherings that bring together community leaders, environmental experts and visual artists, musicians, writers, and performers. Salons create a space for inspiration, exploration of ideas, collaboration and exchange over cultural avenues for sustainability.
- The 10 Days of Climate Action is a project of creative outreach on climate change issues developed each year by the Human Impacts Institute. The goal of the 10 Days is to inspire community members, through public art installations, to examine their role in climate change, while providing resources for action. Learn more.
