Experiential Education

The Experiential Education programs of the Human Impacts Institute engage participants in hands-on environmental problem solving through the development of leadership skills and community service.  We connect local issues and innovations to global community development, social engagement and knowledge-building.

Participants of all ages develop a sense of personal responsibility through experiencing, first-hand, the impacts of their actions on community issues such as climate, water, sanitation, energy, air pollution, consumer choice, green space creation, environmental justice, and overall community health.
