How to get all of the Apple Watch Activity badges

Success is a funny thing. They know that they are only visual talents, they don't even do anything, but somehow they must be collected. One such productive app is Achievements are great motivators, and Apple Watch activity trackers have inspired many users to increase their activity.

Normal Achievements

Most achievements can be achieved within a year. If you open the Activities app on your iPhone and go to the Achievements tab, you'll see some of them before they're earned (that's why they're grayed out).

However, some achievements only appear after you've earned them. For example, past and future monthly challenges are not displayed, nor are individual exercises.

Here is a list of all the normal characters you can get.

First Exercise

When you complete a new exercise for the first time for at least 5 minutes, you will receive an achievement token. Allowed exercise types are:

Both indoor and outdoor exercises such as cycling and walking are grouped together; You can do both to get a token, but you can only get it once.

Workout Record

You'll earn this badge every time you beat your previous best calorie record during any of the above workouts.

One limitation: you must first complete five exercises of this type. If you want to game the system, make sure the first four exercises of each type are relatively short and easy so they don't require too much effort.

7 weeks of exercise

Exercise every day of the week for at least 15 minutes. Note that the week is from Monday to Sunday and you must train every day (you cannot train only 7 days in a row). If you start walking every time you go out, you can easily achieve this.

New Movement Record

You get this reward every day when your movement circle exceeds normal (ie you burn more calories per day). Here's the catch: you have to use your Apple Watch for 10 days to unlock it.

New Achievement Record

This is the same achievement as Move Record, only with a green circle. It's based on minutes of exercise, not calories burned, so it's effortless to achieve. As with the Move Record achievement, you must first use the Apple Watch for 10 days.

Move Target 200%, 300%

This is earned by increasing your calorie target (red tile) by 2x, 3x, or 4x. In other words, the active red circle is meant to rotate two, three, or four times a day. This is easy to achieve if you set your driving target too low.
