"Questions for a Dinosaur"
QUESTIONS FOR A DINOSAUR is a public performance where I ask a dinosaur 120 questions about extinction and attempts to build public vocabularies to help us process & contextualize this transition to a warming planet. QUESTIONS uses humor as a tool to make people feel comfortable facing the uncomfortable. It uses the structure of questioning to build language that people can identify with. My goal for this performance is to create space for people to talk to one another about their anxieties for the future & collectively acknowledge the sadness of species extinction & ecological loss.
