"Florals on Florals"
 
These works are a series of paintings painted on top of found/ used textiles. The pieces are imagery of overconsumption over the very items that we are consuming. I have depicted personal collections of clothing layered over clothing that has been collected for disposal to further explore the ways that over-consumption affects us on a personal and global scale
