Monarch Migrations is a site-specific installation that highlights the endangered status of Monarch butterflies and the challenges they face due to environmental disruptions. Featuring suspended origami butterflies made from handmade papers of milkweed and mugwort, inscribed with migration stories from community members, the installation symbolizes the relationship between humans and nature.

The work aims to raise awareness of environmental and social issues around migration, emphasizing the need for ecological conservation and sustainability. By involving the public in sharing their own migration stories, the installation fosters a collective dialogue about coexistence, environmental justice, and the preservation of biodiversity.
